I'd love to learn how to do clever photo stuff like that, I know it's possible, but I think you still have to have an "eye" for it, and I don't have that! Cool picture!
I want to shake shake shake shake shake shake shake it!
When I was a kid I used to frustrate my Grandmother by shaking them all over the garden and planting flowers in places she didn't want – she was a passionate gardener and would harvest them when they were ready every year to plant in carefully selected spots – and I would cause havoc by shaking them all over the lawn!
Hahah yes!!! That's very much how it is in our front garden at the moment. It's amazing how those tiny seeds can pop up everywhere once you give em a shake 😉
Checking back, my comment and link got eaten. I love the focus on this, can almost feel the pod about to burst! It's great looking at the beauty in small things, one of the reasons I love silentsunday.
Think I saw on Twitter that you took this with your phone? Awesome. Would love to know how you get the background the be blurry while the pod is in focus… *blushes at photo naivety*
Great macro 🙂 I've done a few Silent Sundays on my blog in the past but didn't know about your long-standing version till a few weeks ago; happy to join in 🙂
Amazing photo! I would love to be as good as you are at composition, but realise it's more than technique, it's having an eye for it. and yet again you've demonstrated this talent! I love checking out your photos!
Wow that's so close!!
Interesting
Is that a butterfly starting to emerge from a chrysalis?
Beautiful picture! No linky, so will pop back later 🙂
Beautiful, that's a gorgeous photo and I love the focus.

Love this picture. I also can't see the linky, must be too early, a first for me lol
You always find such interesting things to take pictures of. Love the macro

The raspberry (is it? It looks like a raspberry) ate the linky.
What an interesting and gorgeous picture xx

An expert’s picture.
Lovely photo. Somehow when I look at it, it reminds me of cake batter about to fall off a beater, even though I know it's not haha.
Think I saw on Twitter that you took this with your phone? Awesome. Would love to know how you get the background the be blurry while the pod is in focus… *blushes at photo naivety*
Thought this was a blackberry to start with but way too early for them – and now I see the poppy seed head – very clever.
